Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet at our base in Castellane at the time booked. There is a private car park and changing rooms on site. Your guide will brief you on safety and the use of your equipment, before taking our shuttle to reach the canyon. A short 20-minute walk will take you to the start of the tour.
- Tour:
The fun can begin! River trekking is the young sibling of canyoning and does not involve abseiling. You can jump from rocks and swim along the river. But no jumps are compulsory, it's up to you! Whether you want to do a more adventurous tour or just let yourself be carried along by the current, the scenery on this wild section of the Verdon Gorges will take your breath away.
- Return:
After 1.5 hours, you will reach the end of the tour at Couloir Samson. A 10-minute walk will be necessary to reach the shuttle. We will then take you back to the base, where you will collect your belongings and your vehicle.
